Immunocytochemistry analysis of FAM3C in immersion fixed A549 human lung carcinoma cells treated with 10 ng/mL of Recombinant Human TGF-beta 1 for 48 hours. Samples were incubated in FAM3C monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24162) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
